PORTAC uses a planned and systematic approach to achieving quality by assessing and measuring performance against required objectives and thresholds.  PORTAC will provide this quality service to the Navy and Marine Corps through a continuous cycle of “Plan, Do, Check, and Act.”   This cycle, as described below, provides a framework for continuous process improvement that is the heart of our quality program.

·    Plan what you will do (document your processes)

·    Do what you plan (follow the processes)

·    Record what you did (measure your output)

·    Act on the differences

The files provided below provide the current details on Task Order awards under our SeaPort-e contract, as well as information on our potential Team Members.
