            Portland Tacoma (PORTAC) Consulting is a professional services
    company, providing analytical and project management expertise in
    weapon system or fleet Total Life Cycle Management, Maintenance
    Concept design, as well as design through implementation of
    Performance Based Logistics solutions for both military and commercial
    customers.

            The PORTAC team of consultants and project managers have diverse
    international experience in military planning, operations, and global
    logistical support for weapon systems.  Our team has members with
    backgrounds in DoD Acquisition Logistics, Public/Private Partnerships,
    Aircraft  and Ground Systems Maintenance Operations, Bilateral and
    Multinational Exercise / Defense Trade Show planning, Life-cycle
    Predictive Modeling, Humanitarian Assistance Project planning and
    execution, Foreign Military Sales, contract development and oversight.  

            The management staff has first hand foreign area operating
    knowledge, and experience communicating complex concepts to both
    senior and junior customers alike from the US Department of Defense, US
    Department of State, NATO, and other US Allied military and government
    personnel.
